Career Counseling & Guidance Centre
(CCGC)

The specificity of career counseling addressed to adolescents is based on a process of exploring one’s own personality traits, desires and aptitudes, as well as the existing opportunities compatible with them.


What is career counseling and guidance?

Career counseling involves aligning one’s personal desires, aspirations, and needs with the opportunities and types of occupations currently available on the labor market.

What are the objectives of career counseling?

The objectives of career counseling, particularly in the context of guiding adolescents, are:

  • Career planning – Implementing decisions; setting short- and medium-term goals. Identifying professional requirements and analyzing ways to meet them. Self-management and management of professional stages.
  • Identifying occupation-related information – Providing information and exploring current occupational opportunities.
  • Exploring possible career paths – Informing and exploring different professions and their specific characteristics. Aligning personal traits with the requirements of a range of possible jobs. Choosing a specific professional pathway.
  • Self-knowledge – Identifying and exploring personal traits that are important in a career context (interests, behavior patterns, values, preferences, identification of a vocational profile).
Is there a Career Counseling and Guidance Center at UNArte?

Yes, there is a Counseling Center. Its office hours are Tuesday and Wednesday, 10:00–14:00, by appointment only.

How can I benefit from counseling services?

To benefit from the career counseling and guidance services offered by UNArte, you may schedule a counseling session at: consiliere@unarte.org.

How long does a counseling session last?

A counseling session lasts between 30 and 50 minutes.

Academic Records Office

The Academic Records Office of the National University of Arts in Bucharest is responsible for the preparation and issuance of:

  • Diplomas (Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, postgraduate colleges);
  • Certificates confirming studies completed abroad;
  • Reissuance of diploma supplements/transcripts of records.
  1. Issuance of Study Documents

For the issuance of the Bachelor’s and Master’s diplomas, graduates of the first cycle (Bachelor’s) and second cycle (Master’s) of university studies must first clear their academic files with the faculty secretariats to which they belonged during their studies, and then present themselves at the Academic Records Office.

Study documents are issued to the holder, upon presentation of an identity document (ID card/passport), or, in well-justified cases where the holder cannot be present, to an authorized representative, on the basis of a notarized power of attorney.

Study documents that have been completed but not collected due to the death of the holder may be issued to a family member (ascendant or descendant of the 1st or 2nd degree), on the basis of an application approved by the University’s management, accompanied by a notarized copy of the death certificate and a statement on one’s own responsibility explaining the reasons for collecting the study documents.

  1. Issuance of Duplicates

In cases of loss, complete destruction, partial deterioration, or lamination of study documents, duplicates may be issued.

The duplicate is prepared within one month from the receipt of the complete file and is issued on a form similar to the original, delivered to the holder, or reproduced according to the reference model of the original document if a similar form is no longer available.


Required documents – duplicate of a lost diploma
  • application addressed to the Rector of UNArte, requesting the issuance of a duplicate;
  • proof of publication of the diploma loss in Monitorul Oficial al României;
  • notarized declaration regarding the loss of the diploma;
  • notarized copy of the birth certificate;
  • two ¾ ID-type photographs, on photographic paper;
  • fee of RON 200, payable to Banca Comercială Română, account RO06RNCB0072039062550016.
Required documents – duplicate of a damaged diploma
  • application addressed to the Rector of UNArte, requesting the issuance of a duplicate, specifying the reason for annulment;
  • two ¾ ID-type photographs, on photographic paper;
  • fee of RON 200, payable to Banca Comercială Română, account RO06RNCB0072039062550016.
Required documents – duplicate of a laminated diploma
  • application addressed to the Rector of UNArte, requesting the issuance of a duplicate;
  • notarized declaration stating that the diploma is damaged and can no longer be used;
  • notarized copy of the birth certificate;
  • two ¾ ID-type photographs, on photographic paper;
  • fee of RON 200, payable to Banca Comercială Română, account RO06RNCB0072039062550016.

In cases where the photograph has detached from the diploma or where the holder identifies errors in the study document after a period of time following its receipt, the diploma will be reissued and the following note from the Study Documents Regulations will be added: “This study document replaces the study document with series _ and no. , as well as registration number of (date) _, as it contained certain errors.”

Required documents – reissuance of a diploma
  • application addressed to the Rector of UNArte, requesting the reissuance of the diploma;
  • notarized copy of the birth certificate;
  • two ¾ ID-type photographs, on photographic paper.
Required documents – reissuance of diploma supplement/transcript of records

The document is prepared based on entries in the matriculation register, by exact transcription of the data without modification, and is issued only upon request, requiring the following documents:

  • application addressed to the Rector of UNArte, requesting the reissuance of the diploma supplement/transcript of records;
  • copy of the identity card;
  • copy of the birth certificate;
  • fee of RON 150, payable to Banca Comercială Română, account RO06RNCB0072039062550016.
Required documents – issuance of certificate for pension file
  • application requesting the issuance of a certificate for the Pension Office;
  • copy of the identity card;
  • copy of the birth certificate and/or marriage certificate;
  • copy of the Bachelor’s/Master’s diploma;
  • copy of the transcript of records;
  • receipt proving payment of the RON 30 fee for issuing the certificate. The fee is payable to Banca Comercială Română, account RO06RNCB0072039062550016 (please specify surname/given name, CNP, graduated faculty, pension certificate issuance fee).
